Recognized by peers with honors such as M&A Deal of the Year (Brookfield’s acquisition and privatization of InterPipeline), Albert approaches each mandate with curiosity, collaboration, and a steady focus on what’s possible.

Outside the office, you’ll find him exploring new challenges - most recently, kite-surfing - with the same curiosity he brings to his work. He’s always happy to connect on LinkedIn or over a good coffee to share insights and ideas.

Brandon is a thoughtful negotiator and trusted advisor who delivers when it counts. With a proven record in corporate mergers and acquisitions—from founder-led exits to private equity roll-ups - he helps clients move confidently through complex transactions with clarity and focus.

His clients value his responsiveness, practical perspective, and ability to turn complexity into clear next steps. Brandon brings strategic insight, commercial instinct, and genuine commitment to every relationship.

Articling Student

Claudio helps businesses and individuals navigate legal challenges with clarity and confidence. Before joining the firm, he was called to the bar in Brazil, clerked at the Roraima Court of Appeals, and lectured in law at UNIARP University. He also gained international experience in the U.S., working with the EdTech company Duolingo, where his passion for innovation and accessibility deepened.

Now completing his Master of Laws at the University of Toronto, Claudio brings a global perspective and a belief that good lawyering starts with clear communication and genuine curiosity.

When he’s not studying or working with clients, Claudio enjoys traveling, hiking, baking desserts, and adjusting to Canadian winters - often with a warm cup of tea in hand.

Deepika is a trusted advisor for estate planning matters. She helps clients navigate important decisions with clarity and confidence, translating complex issues into clear next steps. Before joining the firm, she served more than 2,200 clients in Innisfil and earned a 4.9-star Google rating - reflecting her everyday commitment to empathy, thoughtful problem-solving, and inclusiveness.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Deepika is currently pursuing her TEP designation to deepen her expertise in estate planning and trust administration.

Outside her practice, she enjoys traveling, creating content, and spending time with her family - especially her toddler, who keeps her happily busy. If you’re seeking guidance on your estate plans, Deepika would be glad to connect.

After earning her law degree from Swansea University in Wales, Katelyn combines an international perspective with strong local roots to offer advice that is both informed and approachable.

Outside the office, she’s a devoted Buffalo Bills and Toronto Maple Leafs fan - ever the optimist come playoff season. Proud to serve her hometown community, Katelyn welcomes the opportunity to assist with your legal needs and is always happy to connect by phone, email, or over a friendly chat in person.

Before joining Doyle Prendergast, he built his commercial real estate practice at McCarthy Tétrault LLP and later joined Orlando Corporation, one of the GTA’s largest industrial and commercial developers.

Having worked alongside leading practitioners and experienced his clients’ business realities firsthand, Danny brings a balanced, results-oriented approach that blends practical insight with strategic depth.

When he’s catching his breath from the entrepreneurial pace, you’ll find him cheering on his favorite gridiron team - go Packers! He’s always happy to connect and exchange ideas over coffee.

Christie makes your residential real estate transactions simple and stress-free. With thousands of transactions under her belt, including purchases and sales, refinancing, and severances, Christie has the expertise to close on your property whether its rural, agricultural or in a plan of subdivision. She ensures your file is always organized, you and your broker receive timely progress updates, and that your closing timeline is protected.

Since 2021, Julia has closed hundreds of commercial real estate closings, earning a reputation for being both strategic and steady under pressure. Clients appreciate how she keeps things clear, anticipates hurdles, and gets the job done right.
